The Curriculum
Seven Modules. Seven Principles.
Each module carries a Portuguese name and a living principle — the language of the land that will host your initiation.
Six independent online principles form the heart of the training. They don’t build on one another — each stands on its own, and you can take them in any order. Every principle unfolds across two online Sundays: the first opens the space (theory & shamanic journey), the second deepens it (practice & client work). Together the six principles make up the twelve online Sundays of your year. The seventh principle, CONEXÃO, is the in-person week in Portugal that crowns your path.

Sunday I · The Lower World: Introduction to the shamanic worldview and the cosmology of the three worlds. We build a protected space, consecrate the drum, and journey to the Lower World for the first time to meet your power animal.

Huna principle PONO — “Body, mind and soul in harmony.”
Everything flows together. In the Tapada de Mafra national park we bring the knowledge from the head into the body: advanced techniques such as soul retrieval and extraction, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, shared drumming and singing rituals, and a deep connection with the spirits of nature.
The culmination: you receive your shamanic initiation as a certified Shamanic Practitioner (One Shamanism) — under the Portuguese sun, in a community that has become family.

Seven Days on Magical Ground
September 12–18, 2026 · near Mafra, Portugal — thirty minutes from Lisbon, close to the ocean at Ericeira, at the edge of the ancient royal hunting grounds of the Tapada de Mafra. Sun, sea air, ceremony, and deep transformation — including one free day to simply enjoy Portugal. Walkable accommodation nearby (I’ll gladly send you a list), and Lisbon is a ~€15 ride away. September 12–18, 2026 — ceremony, nature, initiation, and community, with snacks, fruit, and coffee included.

Limited to 15 participants — small enough that I know your journey personally, warm enough to become family.
Materials & Community
Extensive course materials (printed in Portugal), follow-up practice tasks after every block, and at least one year of access to the One Shamanism community.
Your Certification
Complete the online sessions and the Portugal intensive, and you are certified as Shamanic Practitioner (One Shamanism).

I’m Carolin — I teach shamanism from the heart.
I share this training from more than ten years of practice with teachers around the world — and from my home: Portugal, whose spirits and mystical energy are woven into every module. As a Certified NLP Trainer (Society of NLP), trained directly by NLP co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler, I bring a deep understanding of the subconscious mind and hypnosis into everything I teach. I’m pragmatic, optimistic, and honest — I share openly, communicate at eye level, and walk beside you, never above you.

The Practitioner Training — Good to Know
Is this training right for me?
Shamanism is a gift to humanity, and every person can practice it. Some walk this path primarily for their own healing; others feel called to work with clients later. This training is right for you if you want to enrich your own life — and the lives of the people you care about. The best way to find out: a free discovery call with me.
Do I need to complete the Elements training first?
The Elements of Shamanism is the beautiful, gentle foundation — and this training is the deep year that follows. If you’re unsure where you stand, book a call and we’ll find your right entry point together.
Where do I stay during the Portugal week?
There are several accommodations within walking distance — I’ll gladly send you a list. Some participants prefer staying in Lisbon or by the beach in Ericeira; with a rental car that works beautifully, and taxis/Uber from Lisbon cost around €15.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Complete the online sessions and the in-person intensive (missed dates can be caught up), and you are certified as Shamanic Practitioner (One Shamanism).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Financial flexibility matters to me — I want this path to be walkable for as many people as possible. Just write to me.
What if I miss a session?
Online sessions can be caught up. If you can’t attend the Portugal week, you can join the next one with available seats.
What happens after the training?
You keep access to the community platform for at least a year — to deepen your practice, work through the follow-up tasks, and stay connected with your fellow graduates. Many stay far longer; the community keeps growing.
What happens after I book?
You receive a confirmation from my payment partner Digistore24, and I’ll personally reach out with everything you need: the flow of the training, your login, your materials, and all further details.
What does the Practitioner Training cost?
€3,333 including VAT, and payment plans are available — this path should be walkable. The price covers the full year: all seven modules, the twelve online Sundays, and the seven days together in Portugal.
How long does the training take?
One year. Twelve online Sundays spread across the year, plus seven days together in Portugal (September 12–18, 2026). New participants can join at any principle throughout the year, and the group stays small — a maximum of fifteen participants.
