Today’s focus: Forgiveness — not as acquittal for others, but as liberation for you.
🎥 Your video for Day 12 will appear here soon.
Today’s Teaching
Resentment binds your energy to the past. It keeps you attached to someone or a situation through the thread of anger and hurt. To forgive does not mean “it was okay.” It means “what happened to me may stop working inside me. I am taking my power back.”
Forgiveness is not about the other person. It is about you. It is one of the deepest acts of self-love because it frees your nervous system from the past, it returns your energy to the present moment, and it opens the door for true healing.
A cord ritual is a shamanic practice for cutting invisible threads that bind you to situations that have harmed you. You hold the cord as a symbol of the connection. You speak your truth without filtering. You name what happened. You take your power back. And then, consciously, you cut it. Your spirit animal stands witness. You are not doing this alone.
Your Ritual Today
The cord ritual: releasing old wounds and reclaiming your power:
- Choose one person or situation that left old wounds. One thing at a time.
- Sit at your altar. Hold an actual cord or string in your hands as a symbol of the connection.
- Speak what happened, unfiltered. You don’t need to be nice. You need to be true.
- Then speak: “I take my power back. Everything you took from me, I reclaim. Everything I gave you out of fear or obligation, I take back now.”
- Consciously cut the cord (with scissors, or burn it). Watch it go.
- Feel your spirit animal standing with you as witness to your liberation.
Your Workbook
Today’s workbook includes a forgiveness inventory: who, for what, and what it still costs you today. There is a wording guide for the ritual, helping you find the right words. After the ritual, reflect: What has released? What feels different in your body?
