Today’s focus: A deliberately light day after the deep journey — integration instead of new input.
🎥 Your video for Day 11 will appear here soon.
Today’s Teaching
Healing does not happen in the ceremony. Healing happens in the quiet hours after, when your nervous system is processing, integrating, making sense of what was received. Whoever rushes on to the next thing after deep inner work loses half the effect. The integration is where the transformation actually lands in your body.
Today is a day of gentleness. Not because you are weak or need rest (though you may), but because your nervous system has done profound work. It needs time to settle. It needs reassurance that it is safe. It needs tenderness from you — the adult who is learning to love the child.
In shamanic practice, there is a principle: the work continues in the silence. You do not need to do anything special today except to be gentle with yourself and notice what continues to resonate, what dreams come, what feelings surface. You are not doing anything. You are allowing.
Your Ritual Today
Three micro-gestures of tenderness toward yourself:
- Prepare a warm meal and eat it slowly, without distractions. Really taste it.
- Practice self-touch: sit comfortably, place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly, and breathe slowly for 10 breaths. Feel yourself being held.
- Go to bed early. Let yourself rest without guilt.
- In the evening, sit at your altar and tell your inner child how the day was: “Today I took care of you. Today you were safe.”
Your Workbook
Today’s workbook is minimal and receptive. There is an integration page: What is still resonating from yesterday’s journey? Did you dream? What body sensations are present? There is also a mini-tracker for today’s three gentleness gestures. This is a day of noting, not doing.
