Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-up. You can start straight away.
Where is my journal stored?
Your journal entries, birth data and the cards you draw stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us, and we have no access to them. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Why does the sound stop sometimes?
The drum, ambient sounds and meditations keep playing when your screen is locked. If a sound ever stops, a phone call or another audio app may have taken over — simply start it again.
Do notifications work?
Yes. You can set a gentle daily reminder and optional alerts for special sky events. If nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for the app in your iPhone Settings and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is off.
How is my astrological chart calculated?
Astronomically, from the birth date, time and place you enter — not from generic templates. The more precise your birth details, the more accurate your chart.
