Animals are wonderful messengers of our soul. They cross our paths exactly when we need a specific quality, protection, or simply a gentle guide in our lives. However, we are often so caught up in “head space” during our busy routines that we overlook these subtle signs.
Here are three simple ways to perceive the presence of your current spirit animal in the here and now—without needing a deep meditation:
1. The Physical Encounter
Sometimes the sign is unmistakable. A squirrel that lingers on your balcony for an unusually long time, a hawk circling directly above your path, or a dragonfly buzzing around you in the garden.
