Today’s focus: A ceremonial closing — not an ending, but a promise.
🎥 Your video for Day 21 will appear here soon.
Today’s Teaching
In many traditions, an initiation ends with a covenant — a sacred promise made not to anyone else, but to yourself. Over these 21 days, you have been initiated into a new relationship with yourself. You have met your inner critic and learned to hear it differently. You have come home to your body. You have journeyed with your spirit animal. You have met your inner child. You have forgiven what needed forgiving. You have learned to speak to yourself with kindness. You have anchored new beliefs. You have set boundaries. You have met your future self. And you have woven all of this into a practice you can sustain.
The woman you are today is different from the woman who began this course 21 days ago. Not because she is fixed or healed or finished — there is no such thing as finished. But because she has made a conscious choice to love herself. And that changes everything.
Today you make your covenant. You make a promise to yourself. And you seal it, so that on the hard days ahead, you can return to this moment and remember: I chose this. I chose myself.
Your Ritual Today
The covenant ceremony: sealing your commitment to yourself:
- Before your altar, sit with your workbook from day 1. Read your baseline check-in. Notice what has changed.
- Thank your spirit animal for the companionship and power you have received.
- Thank your inner child for her courage and for letting you love her.
- Then, speak your self-love covenant — words that are true for you. Example: “I love myself. Exactly as I am. My needs matter. My voice matters. And I am staying.”
- Seal the covenant with a gesture — wear a ring, tie a band around your wrist, place a stone from your altar into your pocket. This becomes your daily touchstone.
- Light your candle one last time in this container. Speak: “I love myself. Exactly as I am. And I am staying.”
Your Workbook
Today’s workbook pages are the closing pages of your journey. Complete the before/after check-in. Receive your covenant certificate (to print and keep, or photograph). Write “My 21 days — a letter to myself in 6 months,” where you leave yourself a message about what you have learned and who you are becoming. Finally, there is a “where-to-from-here” page: what is next for you? This course is ending. Your practice is beginning.
You have completed the course. You have made your covenant with yourself. The altar remains. The practices remain. The love you have discovered remains. You are not the woman you were 21 days ago. You are beginning to become the woman you are meant to be — the one who loves herself, completely and courageously, exactly as she is.
