Today’s focus: Reconciliation with the body — the place where all of this lives.
🎥 Your video for Day 19 will appear here soon.
Today’s Teaching
Many women treat their body like a project that is never finished. Too thick, too thin, too soft, too aging, too much, too little. The critical voice is loudest when it comes to the body. And the body carries this judgment. It tightens. It disconnects. It waits for permission to be loved.
Today your body is not a problem to solve. It is what it is: the home of your soul. The house that carries you. The skin that holds you. The flesh that feels and moves and lives. Over 20 days, you have been learning to love yourself. Today you bring that love deliberately into your body. You thank it. You bless it. You let it know: you are worthy of care.
This is not vanity. This is a profound act of coming home to yourself. When your body knows it is loved — through touch, through words, through conscious attention — everything shifts. Your nervous system settles. Your heart opens. You become more available to the world.
Your Ritual Today
The body blessing ceremony: reconciliation with the home you live in:
- After showering or bathing, take oil or cream (coconut oil, lotion, whatever you have).
- Begin at your feet. Anoint them slowly, with full attention. Speak: “Thank you, feet, for carrying me through my days.”
- Move up your body — legs, belly, heart, arms, shoulders, face — blessing each part with gratitude and attention.
- When you reach your heart, pause. Speak a specific thank you for what this body has survived, carried, loved, endured.
- End in front of a mirror. Look at your whole self with soft eyes. Invite your spirit animal’s quality (gentleness, strength, grace) into your posture and your gaze.
- Place your hand on your heart: “I love this body. It is my home.”
Your Workbook
Today’s workbook includes a body gratitude list: write 10 things your body did for you today — it moved, it felt, it protected you, it loved, it rested. Also included is a reconciliation letter to a body part you have often criticized. Write to it. Listen. Apologize. Thank it. This dialogue brings healing.
